Training For The BMS Faculty Team On The Use Of G-Suite To Create A Common Work Environment

In accordance with the directives of the 2020 strategic plan of the University in order to reduce the paper consumption at LIMU by 50%, through the use of information systems, the Office of Information Technology at the University implemented a training course for the Faculty of BMS team members on the use of G-Suite in  order to reach of the following goals:

– Store documents on cloud using “google drive“.

– Manage and share documents using “google Doc“.

– Manage and share spread sheets and tables using “google sheets“.

– Manage PowerPoint presentations using “Google slides“.

Therefore, trainees will be able to create a common work environment among them, allowing them to work on the same documents at the same time in an orderly manner and with specific privileges.
