Hardware and software support on any devices, printers, notebooks, interactive panels, etc
Servicing client support both on and offsite
Ensure that all support calls are logged and updated on the internal ticketing system
Support on any maintenance support contracts
Repairs and preventative maintenance on MPS printers and other printers
Keep up to date with HP service qualifications
Other tasks as indicated by the Technical Team Leader
