Seminar On Oral Candidiasis For Second-Year Students At BMS Faculty

The students presented: (*) Donia Youssef Annan and (*) Al-Hussein Abdel Baset Omar from the second-year students at the College of Basic Medical Sciences (BMS), during the past two days, a seminar \”Seminar\” in the form of a presentation \”entitled: Oral Candidiasis\” as part of the decision Oral Cavity educational unit, sixth week.

The students discussed during the first part of the episode, which is: The learning session with the team (TLS) in which students meet in groups, to discuss what was studied during the week, and write down their questions, inquiries, and observations, then present them to the faculty members, who provide the students with the necessary explanations and clarifications, Commenting on and adding to notes, and submitting the unit\’s summary (in the presence of Tutors).

Then students take a Group Quiz test, in which they answer questions previously prepared by faculty, to increase emphasis on understanding and comprehension.

Then the video presentation team presented their presentation, which constitutes a summary of what was studied during the week, whether in Brain Storming and Debriefing sessions or in laboratories and lectures, then the teaching staff members will discuss and evaluate the scientific content of the presentation, in addition to Evaluating the presentation skills according to the form prepared for that and emphasizing students on the depth of the educational goals for the week.
